Doma Mantra is a service that answers, routes, books, and follows up for small businesses, by chat, voice, text, and phone. This policy says, in plain words, what we collect, how we use it, and what we do not do with it.

What we collect

• What you give us: your name, phone number, email address, and the question or business information you type, speak, or tell us on a call.
• What the conversation creates: the record of the conversation — what was asked, what was answered, what was booked, and what was handed off — so nothing has to be repeated.
• What the phone and message carriers create: delivery records for calls and texts, such as time and delivery status.

How we use it

• To answer you, route your request to the right person, book what you asked for, follow up, and keep the record.
• To tell the business you contacted what you asked for, and what happened next.
• To improve the answers, by learning from conversations — always inside that business's own knowledge, never mixed with another business's.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not share it for any purpose other than delivering the service you asked for. The carriers and service providers that carry a call or a text — for example, the phone and messaging providers — handle it only as needed to deliver that call or text.

Text messages

We only send texts to people who asked to be contacted, or who gave their phone number and agreed to texts on the website form or by phone. Message and data rates may apply, as charged by your carrier. Message frequency varies with what you asked for. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, and HELP for help.

How long we keep it

We keep conversation records as long as the business needs them to serve you and to keep a true record, and no longer than needed for that purpose. Ask us through the website form if you want your record reviewed or removed, and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot remove.
