What we do β a business intro
For business owners: your phone gets answered right, the right person gets the job, and the promise you made gets kept β every time, even when you're on another job.
βDoma is almost your heart. Your mantra is your essence.β
What we actually do: reliable service for local businesses β the shop, the office, the fleet on the road. We answer, we route, we follow up, and we keep the record. That is the whole job.
Doma learns your business by asking the right questions β what you promise, how you work, what a good call sounds like β and then it answers the phone, routes the work, and keeps the promises, the same way every time. Values first, offerings second. Tell us what your mantra is, and the system follows it.
Doma is Polish for βhomeβ β but this front is for businesses. Not home stuff. A small local center: the shop, the office, the fleet, the crew, all working from one place, optimized together β calls, jobs, trust, and follow-up, in one place.
For small businesses that want to be real and trustworthy: the phone gets answered, the right person gets the job, and nothing gets lost.
ποΈ What we are
A small local center. Columns, a name sign, an Open sign. One building, many apartments β each business in its own apartment, with its own knowledge, its own mantra, its own record.
β€οΈ What we're about
βDoma is almost your heart. Your mantra is your essence.β Values first, offerings second. Tell us what your mantra is, and the system follows it.
ποΈ What we do
We answer, we route, we follow up, and we keep the record. Chat, voice, text, and phone β one thread, one hand-off. Spin the wheel below.
Fewer words up front, more pictures as you tap. The spinning wheel in Products is the same idea, in circles β the 3D spin comes later, after feedback.
ποΈ Products
Greets, listens, triages, routes, and books. Knows the route, opens the door.
The brain. Your values, your answers, your way of working β asked, learned, and kept.
One front door per trade and territory. The right call goes to the right member, with context, warm.
Outside pieces plug in. One front door, one meter, one bill, every event ledgered.
What we are β in circles, in layers. Center first, then the ring around it.
Mantra
heart Β· mantra
Doma Mantra β the heart in the center. Spin the wheel to go around each part, in a circle.
Flat CSS circles for now β the hierarchical wheel, in layers. The spinning Lazy Susan / 3D version comes later, after the basics are torn apart in review.
Pricing is not settled on this page. No price is quoted here.
π°οΈ Mission Control
Command & Control for your mission and your fleet. One screen, one team, one mission.
One screen for the whole fleet. See who is working, who is free, and who needs help β then coordinate them as one team, not a pile of separate phones.
- π Fleet view: vehicles, crews, and jobs on one map and one list, in plain words β no jargon, no console login.
- π£ Group coordination: one message to the whole fleet, or one group, with replies coming back to the same place.
- π Hunt groups: a call rings the right people in order, or all at once, and the first person who picks up gets it β with the question whispered first.
- π€ Trust Index: every kept promise, every answered call, every job done well adds up, so you can see who your people trust β and why.
- ποΈ Mission Control: the name for this screen. One place to watch, coordinate, and help β never to spy.
One building, many apartments. Doma is the building. Each business is an apartment in it β a one-bedroom, a two-bedroom, a three-bedroom, by size. But size is not usage: a small apartment can use a lot of electricity. So rent is size, and tokens, calls, and texts are metered by what you actually use. Every conversation stays in its own apartment β its own knowledge, its own mantra, its own record β and never wanders into the neighbor's.
Common patterns, many trades. It works for the plumber, the painter, the landscape crew β and a lot more β because we are not building a new system for each trade. We are using common patterns: answer the question, book the job, route the crew, follow up, keep the record. What changes is the knowledge β the trade's words, its jobs, its rules β not the system.
This scales. A one-truck shop and a huge company have the same problem in different sizes: a workforce to manage, a fleet to route, questions coming in, and promises to keep. The pattern is the same β answer, route, learn, record β whether it is three nurses or three thousand field workers. One system, each team with its own knowledge, its own territory, its own rules.
Sample description only. No live tracking, no sector list, and no fleet is connected here. Consent and safety rules for tracking are still owed before anything live β nothing tracks anyone from this page.
π¬ See it in action β the interactions
Sample interactions only. No real customer, no real business named here. The pattern is the point: always answered, human touch, reliable connection. We are an interaction center β chat, voice, text, and phone are one thread, one record, one hand-off, not four separate systems.
The cute avatar is the interaction center β the face people meet. He greets, he talks back, he routes, he hands off warm. The face wears the trade: a dog for the dog shop, a different face for a plumber, a doctor, a tow crew β same engine underneath.
Franklin: Hi! I'm Franklin. Ask me about treats, pickups, or gift cards β I'll answer the way the shop would.
Pick a voice, then tap Hear. Names only on this page β no voice IDs here. The live voices are read from the key store on the server, not from this page. Sample wording only, in the shop's tone. The βhearβ button uses your browser's built-in voice β it is not the shop owner's cloned voice, and it is not yet the ElevenLabs voice. No voice clone is made or used without the owner's own approval.
A gift card is prepaid value the customer already owns β not a promise, not a coupon that might vanish. It is held on a ledger, it can be given to a friend, and every use is recorded, so both sides can see what is left. That is trust you can hand back and forth: the customer gives first, the business gives back with the treat, the friend comes in, and the relationship keeps going. Retention is not a discount trick β it is value owned, kept, and returned.
Sample description only. No amount, discount, or split is stated here β those are not settled, and no offer is made to any named shop on this page.
Visitor: βWhat time do you close, and can I book tomorrow morning?β
Chauffeur: βWe close at 6. Tomorrow at 9 is open β shall I book you in? You will get a text and an email to confirm.β
Same conversation, on the phone. Tap the steps in order β sample only, this page does not dial. A call comes in, the Chauffeur greets and answers from what the business taught it. No voicemail maze, no βpress 9.β If it cannot answer, it says so plainly and hands off warm.
Waiting. No call is placed from this page.
The bridge pattern itself was proved live on the Twilio demo β text, whisper, press-1, conference. This box only shows the steps. While connecting: calm, weighty hold music plays while the other person is being brought in β dignified, low, and it stops the moment both are together. No jingle, no typing sound.
Text first: βYou are going to get a call β here is the question.β Then the call, the whisper to the person who picks up, then both bridged together, live. Human touch, reliable connection β the system stays with the call until a person has it.
The call-and-bridge pattern above is proved live. The chat and booking lines are sample wording, not a live business.
π Return on Contact β the graph
Every contact is measured, not guessed. Return on Contact asks: did this interaction earn trust, and did it return value β for the customer and for the business? Return on Interaction, Return on Satisfaction β same idea, counted at the contact, not at the end of the month.
Sample quadrant only β no real numbers, no real business. The working graph comes from the ROI notebook.
High return
Won once, lost next
High return
THE GOAL β the magic quadrant
Low return
Noise
Low return
Loved, not yet valued
β Trust grows left to right. β Return on Contact grows bottom to top. We work every contact toward the top-right.
How it is measured, plainly: every billed event has a recording, a transcript, and a validity check behind it. Kept promises, answered calls, and jobs done well move a contact up and right. Broken promises move it down and left β and we show that, too. No surprises.
Sample quadrant mockup only. The measured Return on Contact graph from the ROI notebook is still owed β this page does not claim it.
β How we learn to ask β the methodology
Our secret sauce is how we ask. Not the model. Not the voice. The questions.
We ask the right questions, in the right order, and we adjust the next question based on the answer we just heard. Ask once, remember everything, never make you repeat yourself. We learn your questions by asking three people, in plain words:
- The owner β what should happen, what you promise.
- The checker β where it breaks, what goes wrong.
- The operator β what actually happens, on the floor, on the phone, in the truck.
When those three disagree, that disagreement is the most valuable thing we learn. Then we show it all back to you in one brief β your own expertise, reflected back β so there are no surprises. Every interaction after that teaches the system again: what worked, what bobbled, what to ask next time. That is the learning loop, and that is how the questions get smarter without getting pushier.
The agentic blending is the whole thing working as one: your website, your chat, your phone, your text, your live transfer β one conversation, one memory, one record. A visitor can start on the website, move to a call, and end with a person, without repeating anything.
Try it the way your customers would:
π Give us your website β see what we learn from it.
π Or call us β see how we answer, and how we hand you to a live person.
π¬ See our interactions β the chat, the booking, the text, the live transfer, end to end.
Sample invitation only. No live demo is linked from this staged page.
Explained at this level on purpose β how we ask, not the inner detail of how the asking is built.
π Give us your website β we'll examine your business
Want us to look at your business and get back to you? Give us your website. We will read what you already say to the world, learn how you work today, and come back with a strategy β in plain words β for your interactive chat, your Mission Control, and everything we can do around what we learned about you.
All customers share some of the same questions, and we have frameworks and best practices for them:
- ποΈ Scheduling time β how someone books, and what happens if they need to move it.
- π Someone is coming β when they arrive, who they are, and what to expect.
- β©οΈ Return policy β what happens if it is not right, said plainly, up front.
- π Hours, answers, and follow-up β the best way to interact with one person, and with a group, in your current way of working.
Got another area you want us to look into? Ask us a question below, in your own words. Tell us what matters to you, and we will tell you what we can do β from what we learned about your business, not from a generic script.
Sample form only. Nothing is sent or ingested from this staged page. When this goes live, we will say plainly what happens next, and when you will hear back.
π€ Don't type β just tell us.
Got questions? Start talking. Tell us what you're thinking about, how you want us to analyze your business, and what matters to you β in your own words, by voice. No typing, no form to fight. We play back, βI think you said this,β so you can correct us before we learn it wrong.
π€ Speak your question (sample button only β no recording is made from this staged page).
π Yes β give us your documents, too. A Word document about what you're about, a price list, a how-to sheet, a PDF β yes, we take those. They go through the same door as your website: read, broken into pieces, and put into your own knowledge base, with the source and version kept on every piece, so an answer can always show where it came from. A Word document is a good place to start: βwhat we're about, what we promise, what we do when it goes wrong.β
π΅ Before we call you β don't block it, and prove you're human.
We will tell you the exact number that is going to call before we dial, so you can save it and not block it. If βblock unknown numbersβ is on, the call will not get through. No surprises, no spoofed number: we only ever call from our own verified number, never from a number that is not ours.
Are you human? Before any call, a human check β a simple check that a person, not a robot, asked for the call. No check, no call.
Same address, same limits. One address cannot ask for call after call after call. Calls are limited by address and by number, logged with time and number, and stopped when the limit is hit β so nobody can get crazy with this and run up calls, or use it to bother someone else. The demo today runs on this computer only, not on the open internet, so no stranger can reach it at all.
Sample wording only. The human check and the limits are not yet built into the live demo β this page does not dial, and no limit is claimed as live.
Feedback welcome. If you are reading this early β thank you β tell us what lands, what confuses, and what you would ask first. Your feedback shapes the next version.
π We adjust to you β you don't adjust to us
This is not software that knows everything generic about everybody, where you have to figure out how to map your business to make it work. We adjust around your guidelines. We ask our questions specifically for what we learn from you β not how you have to configure and learn our software, and not where to click to go get your reports.
When we send the billing, the interactions come with it. You will see all the interactions β everyone who used our brain, our interaction, our mantra, your mantra β in plain words, with the record behind each one. No surprises, no guessing what you paid for.
We don't replace your home page. Give us your website, let us modernize it in our study, and we will get back to you and show you what we could do. You just tell your web person β we are a linkage in there. You don't have to buy any domains from us. We provide our interactive chat right within your stuff. Embed our chat inside your professionally happy website, and it is our brain inside, your mantra within it β within your domain, your home, your business.
ποΈ Product showcase β a smart product carousel
Show what you sell, in 3D, in a circle β and let the customer spin it. One product at a time, big, with its tiers underneath. Sample products only, no real business, no prices.
Gym shoe β sample product
See it from every side. Spin it, zoom it, and ask about it β in the shop's own voice.
Flat carousel for now. The 3D spin comes later, after feedback β same carousel, in depth.
Tiers, not just things. Every product and service has levels, and the customer should see them plainly:
- π§Ό Car wash: basic wash, deluxe wash, full detail β what each one includes, in plain words.
- π Housekeeping: basic clean, deep clean, move-out clean β different levels, different time, no guessing.
- π³ Kitchen remodel: before and after pictures, spinning around the sample β see the change, not just a list.
- π Clothing: sizes, colors, and how it looks worn β the product, shown, not just described.
Your image, broken down smart. Give us a picture, and we break it down the smart way: what it shows, what it means, and why it matters β with a caption, a source, and a version kept on it, so it can be found again and shown with the answer, not just described. If one picture describes what you do, we get it in right: the work, the before and after, the people, the craft. A picture that earns trust is worth more than a page of words β and we treat it that way, with the best graphics we can make, spun in the carousel, in your voice.
A product category is a smart carousel: the deals you want to showcase, the tiers you offer, and how you want to talk about your business β all in one spin, in your voice, with the record behind every answer.
Sample categories and tiers only. No real products, no prices, no deals are stated here.
π Sales first, next in line β the hunt group
Before we place any call, we ask two things β while you're still interested, in your own words:
Sample form only. Nothing is sent from this staged page.
- Text the sales person first β with your email, your words about how we could help, and your phone number to pass along. He knows who is calling, and why, before he picks up.
- Call the sales person β with your number passed along, and the question whispered first, then bridged live, with the hold music while connecting.
- If he doesn't pick up, it goes to the next person β the director of sales, next in the hunt group, with the same text and the same context. No repeating, no starting over.
Sample flow only. No person's name or number is named here. No text is sent until A2P 10DLC registration is done, and no call is placed from this page.
ποΈ From nothing, to modern β sample work
Sites we took from nothing β or from a plain, tired page β and modernized. Names taken out. No real client is named here β these are sample names only: Dog Treats R Us, Community House, and Artist Viewpoint. No real site is linked, and no result is claimed. The pattern is the point: what it was, what it became, and how it works now.
Before: a plain page, hard to ask a question, hard to order.
After: chat that answers in the shop's tone, gift cards on a ledger, pickup reminders, and a friendly face that greets, routes, and hands off warm.
Mantra (sample): βTreats you can trust, made plain, for dogs we love like family.β
Interactions (samples): βSensitive stomach?β β the gentle ones, what's in them, plainly. βEvery two weeks?β β held, reminded, never re-ordered.
How we learned it: we ingested the website β hours, treats, pickup, gift cards β into this shop's own knowledge. The Chauffeur greets and routes; the brain knows the answers, from what the website taught it.
Before: no clear way to ask, no clear next step for someone reaching out.
After: a warm, plain-words front door β questions answered, intake handed off warm, every conversation kept on the record. No testimony, no private story, is shown here.
Mantra (sample): βA warm door, a clear next step, no one left guessing.β
Interactions (samples): βWhat happens first?β β the next step, plainly, no maze. βCan I talk to a person?β β handed off warm, with the conversation carried along.
How we learned it: we ingested the website β what the house does, how to reach it, what to expect β into its own knowledge. The Chauffeur greets and hands off; the brain knows the answers, from what the website taught it.
Before: pictures on a page, no easy way to ask about a piece.
After: products shown and spun, questions answered in the shop's own words, and a clear way to ask, book, or buy. Details of this one are still to confirm β nothing specific is claimed here yet.
Mantra (sample): βThe work speaks, the artist answers plainly, every piece has a story.β
Interactions (samples): βTell me about this piece?β β what it is, how it was made, in plain words. βCan I see it from every side?β β spun in the carousel, with the story beside it.
How we learned it: we ingested the website β the work, the pictures, the words about each piece β into this shop's own knowledge. The Chauffeur shows and routes; the brain knows the answers, from what the website taught it.
Sample portfolio only. If a business wants its name shown, that's their word, in writing, first. Until then, names stay out.
Give us your phone number, check the box, and we will text you about what you asked for β a call, a booking, a reminder. Nothing else.
π§Ύ Your Report Card β Trust Index, Grade Index
Here is your report card. Like a utility bill, and like a school report, in one page: what you signed up for, what you used, what you earned in trust β and your grade. Trust Index = Grade Index. One grade, earned in public, that anyone can understand at a glance. That's the wow factor: not a pile of numbers, one grade you can be proud of.
Sample grade β no real business, no real score
β B+
Grade Index (sample): intentions + competence, kept promises verified, complete cycles recorded. β Moving up.
- π§ Usage: rent is size, usage is metered β live calls hottest, reminders lowest, every event with a recording, transcript, and verdict.
- π Complete cycles: heard, ruled, resolved, recorded β good outcome or bad, both sides counted.
- π€ Trust Index: the grade behind the grade β kept promises, verified over time, in public.
See the full mockup, with the usage table, the cycle diagram, and the tier drivers:
Billing Summary Report β SAMPLE MOCKUP
Sample grade and sample report only. No real data, no settled price, no real score is claimed here.
π Investors
Investor documentation lives behind a request, not on the open page. No business plan, no financial document, and no full folder is linked here.
Request investor access
Sample form only. Nothing is sent from this page.
When access is granted, each document is shared as a frozen read-only link to that version only β never the whole folder, never an attachment.
π Document management
Find, run, discover, and share by framework, idea, category, and role. Sample labels only β no real documents are listed here.
Filter:

πΌ We are not the musician. We are the conductor.
